The Board of Supervisors of the Stoneybrook Community Development
District will hold Regular Meetings for Fiscal Year 2010 on the
fourth Tuesday of each month in the Stoneybrook
Community Center, 11800 Stoneybrook Golf Boulevard, Estero, Florida
33928, unless otherwise indicated, on the following dates and times:

The purpose of these meetings is for the Board to
consider any business which may properly come before it. Copies of
the agendas may be obtained from the District Manager, WRATHELL,
HART, HUNT AND ASSOCIATES, LLC, 6131 Lyons Road, Suite 100, Coconut
Creek, Florida, 33073, (954) 426-2105.
These meetings are open to
the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions
of Florida law for Community Development Districts. These meetings
may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date,
time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There
may be occasions when Staff and/or Supervisors may participate by
speaker telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with
Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to
participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office
at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meetings by contacting
the District Manager at 954-426-2105. If you are hearing or speech
impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1-800-955-
8770, for assistance in contacting the District Office. A person who
decides to appeal any decision made at these meetings, with respect
to any matter considered at the meetings, is advised that a record
of the proceedings is needed and that, accordingly, the person may
need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made
including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
