What does the Development District oversee?
The Stoneybrook CDD is responsible for long-term infrastructure
planning and funding. This includes, but is not limited to,
roads and bridges within the development,
lakes and waterways,
street lighting,
community buildings and structures,
and the largest investment of all - golf
course infrastructure such as trees, sand traps, water traps,
and paths.
