Urgent Issue to Send to Governor

To residents of Stoneybrook, Estero:
The bankruptcy proposal we have presented to you would most likely reduce the $8.2 million debt owed to the bond holder or possible reduce
the debt entirely. It would also allow us to pursue additional operating capitol.
Governor Charlie Crist has turned down our request to file for bankruptcy and we ask that you
sign this letter and return it to him with copy to the other elected officials who represent us
in this area. For those who do not have e mail access, please go to the Community Center office and request a copy of the
letter that you can sign and send by mail to the Governor.
Thanks for your help and support in this matter.
Supervisors of the Stoneybrook CDD Board.
If you have any questions, feel free to call any one of the CDD Supervisors listed on this web site.
